Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
Consumers (private customers) have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the last item. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the withdrawal before the 14 days expire (e.g., by e-mail or post). The withdrawal should be addressed to our address/email below – you are free to use our sample withdrawal form for this purpose. Withdrawn goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal declaration.
Consequences of withdrawal: As soon as your cancellation has been received by us, the following regulations come into effect:

Refund: For consumers in EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method). In other countries (e.g., Switzerland), we only refund the purchase price, not the delivery costs. The refund will be made promptly after receipt and our video-documented inspection of the goods, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the cancellation, using the same payment method; no fees apply. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. This protects us in the case of valuable luxury goods.

Return of goods: You must return the goods to us immediately, no later than 14 days from the declaration of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of the return shipment; we bear the risk of accidental loss or deterioration during the return transport. Please choose sufficiently insured shipping. (Note: If we exceptionally offer free collection or a return label, you are free to use this for the return – otherwise, return costs are at your expense.

Condition of returned goods (loss of value): Please handle our products with care. You are only liable for a loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., wearing the jewelry for an extended period). In other words: You may inspect and try the jewelry as you would in a retail store – do not do anything that impairs the value of the goods beyond this inspection. If the goods lose value due to such unnecessary use, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss in value (i.e., the refund amount will be correspondingly reduced).
(This cancellation policy applies in this form to customers in the European Union and – on a voluntary basis – to our customers in Switzerland. It ensures that we comply with all legal requirements without exposing ourselves as a retailer to unnecessary risks.)
